Returns received after 30 days will receive store credit for only the current selling price. If an order is returned after 60 days a 25% fee may be accessed. HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM 1. Complete the Return Form - The return form is the entire Packing Slip that you received with your shipment. Return the entire Packing Slip that arrived with your shipment. Let us know if you want a refund to your credit card or an exchange. 2. Pack Your Return - Pack the items and affix the peel off return label provided on the Packing Slip. If no label is available, mail the package to: Lizzyd’s 3. Ship your Return - We recommend you track your return so that you may confirm that we have received it. The U.S. post office offers delivery confirmation for an additional fee. Also, we strongly suggest you insure your return. This protects you in case the shipment is damaged or lost in transit. Just take your package to a U.S. post office service window and a representative can add these options for you.
